采用常规染色体制片技术对马铃薯品种大西洋×陇薯6号的3个杂种株系及其双亲的体细胞染色体核型进行了分析。结果显示:杂种株系24-5和24-6的核型与其父本陇薯6号一致,均为1A型;杂种株系27-7的核型与其母本大西洋一致,为1B型;株系24-5的核型公式为2n=4x=48=44m+4sm,株系24-6、株系27-7和父本陇薯6号的核型公式均为2n=4x=48=48m,母本大西洋的核型公式为2n=4x=48=40m+8sm;试验未观察到随体染色体。以遗传距离0.29为基准,将5个马铃薯材料分为2类:品种大西洋和株系27-7为一类,品种陇薯6号、株系24-5和24-6为另一类,株系27-7染色体的特征偏向其母本大西洋,而株系24-5和24-6的染色体特征偏向其父本陇薯6号。
Somatic chromosome karyotypes of three hybrid lines of potato × Atlantic Variety Longsou 6 and their parents were analyzed by conventional chromosomal techniques. The results showed that the karyotypes of hybrid lines 24-5 and 24-6 were consistent with their male parent Longshu 6, all of which were type 1A. The karyotype of hybrid line 27-7 was consistent with that of the female Atlantic, which was type 1B. The karyotype formula of line 24-5 was 2n = 4x = 48 = 44m + 4sm. The karyotype formulas of line 24-6, line 27-7 and paternal line Longshu 6 were 2n = 4x = 48 = 48m The karyotype formula of the maternal Atlantic was 2n = 4x = 48 = 40m + 8sm; no satellite chromosome was observed in the experiment. Based on the genetic distance of 0.29, five potato cultivars were divided into two groups: Atlantic and 27-27, which were cultivars of Longsheng 6 and strains 24-5 and 24-6, The chromosomes of lines 27-7 were biased toward their maternal Atlantic, while the chromosomes of lines 24-5 and 24-6 were biased toward their parents, Longshu 6.
