该文研究独子藤Celastrus monospermus茎的脂溶性化学成分。采用硅胶、反相硅胶和凝胶等柱色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过化合物的波谱学数据鉴定其结构。共分离得到26个化合物,分别为木栓酮(1),3-氧代木栓烷-28-醛(2),3,12-二氧代木栓烷(3),齐墩果烯(4),28-羟基木栓酮(5),29-羟基木栓酮(6),11β-羟基木栓酮(7),16α-羟基木栓酮(8),3,12-二氧代-28-羟基木栓烷(9),1,3-二氧代-15α-羟基木栓烷(10),3β,6α-二羟基-12-齐墩果烯(11),3-氧代-7α,26-二羟基木栓烷(12),齐墩果酸(13),3,15-二氧代木栓烷(14),3α-羟基木栓烷(15),3,12-二氧代木栓烷-28-醛(16),12α-羟基木栓酮(17),3,15-二氧代-12α-羟基木栓烷(18),3β,11β-二羟基-12齐墩果烯(19),1β,3β-二羟基-20(29)-羽扇豆烯(20),3-氧代-12α,28-二羟基木栓烷(21),3β,23-环氧木栓烷-28-酸(22),salaquinone A(23),2α,3β-二羟基木栓烷-28-酸(24),23-nor-6-oxodemethylpristimerol(25),3-氧代木栓烷-27,28-二酸(26)。其中,化合物8,10~15 18~20,22~26为首次从本植物中分离得到,8,10,12,14~15,18,22~24,26为首次从本属植物中分离得到。
This article studies the liposoluble chemical composition of the stem of Celastrus monospermus. The compounds were separated and purified by column chromatography on silica gel, reversed-phase silica gel and gel column. Their structures were identified by their spectral data. A total of 26 compounds were isolated and identified as xylitol (1), 3-oxoamixin-28-aldehyde (2), 3,12-dioxoxetane 4, 28-hydroxythinone (5), 29-hydroxythinone (6), 11β-hydroxythinone (7), 16α- (10), 3β, 6α-dihydroxy-12-oleanoporphyrin (11), 3-oxo (12), oleanolic acid (13), 3,15-dioxo-thromboxane (14), 3 alpha -hydroxythromboxane (15), 3,12- Dioxo-thromboxane-28-aldehyde (16), 12α-hydroxythrombin (17), 3,15-dioxo-12α-hydroxyxanthine (18), 3β, 11β-dihydroxy-12 3-oxo-12α, 28-dihydroxy-thiolane (21), 3β, 23-ring Oxalixane-28-acid (22), salaquinone A (23), 2α, 3β-dihydroxylthio-28- Cinnamyl-27,28-diacid (26). Among them, compounds 8,10 ~ 15 18 ~ 20,22 ~ 26 were isolated from this plant for the first time, 8,10,12,14 ~ 15,18,22 ~ 24,26 were isolated from this genus for the first time .
