目的了解保定市南市区居民对抗生素认知的状况,为政府相关部门制定相关政策提供参考依据。方法于2014年12月按照单纯随机抽样的方法,对河北省保定市南市区四个居民区的347名居民进行问卷调查,主要调查内容包括:个人基本信息、家庭及社区相关情况、10道与抗生素认知状况有关的题目以及家庭中是否有医务工作者、教育工作者、社区内是否有健康信息宣传栏、家庭或工作单位是否订阅与医学健康相关的报纸刊物等影响因素,计数资料采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果调查对象平均得分为(5.94±1.85)分,对抗生素认知状况差34人(9.8%),一般251人(72.3%),良好62人(17.9%);不同年龄、不同文化程度、家庭中是否有医务工作者、家庭中是否有教育工作者、社区内是否有健康信息宣传栏、家庭或工作单位是否订阅与医学健康相关的报纸刊物的居民对抗生素认知状况的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),不同性别的居民对抗生素认知状况的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论保定市南市区居民对抗生素的认知状况不容乐观,政府相关部门应制定相关政策,全面提高社区居民的抗生素认知水平。
Objective To understand the status of residents’ cognition of antibiotics in Nanshi District of Baoding City and provide references for the relevant government departments to make relevant policies. Methods A total of 347 residents in four residential areas in Nanshi District, Baoding City, Hebei Province were surveyed in December 2014 according to a simple random sampling method. The main contents of the survey include basic personal information, family and community situations, and 10 Questions related to the cognitive status of antibiotics and whether there are health care workers, educators and community health information bulletin boards in the family, whether the family or work unit subscribes to influential factors such as newspapers and periodicals related to medical health, and count data are used χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The average score of the surveyed subjects was (5.94 ± 1.85) points, with a poor cognition of antibiotics of 34 (9.8%), generally 251 (72.3%) and good 62 (17.9%). Different ages, Whether there is a medical worker in the family, whether there are educators in the family, whether there is a health information bulletin board in the community, whether the family or work unit subscribes to the health care related newspapers and magazines, residents have statistically significant differences in the cognitive status of antibiotics (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the cognition of antibiotics between residents of different genders (P> 0.05). Conclusions Residents in Nanshi District of Baoding City are not optimistic about the status of antibiotics. Relevant government departments should formulate relevant policies to comprehensively raise the awareness level of antibiotics among community residents.
