小学生短跑训练是打基础着眼于未来的基础训练阶段。通过短跑训练使小学生的心肺功能得到提高,肌肉力量不断增强,协调性和灵敏性及反应能力得到培养,激发潜在的运动爆发力,为日后的发展奠定坚实的基础。因此,小学生短跑训练要科学、合理地制定训练计划,选择适合小学生身心发展的训练内容和方法,重在打基础,切勿成人化。笔者结合多年的教学与训练实践从以下三个方面对提高小学生短跑训练效果进行探讨。一、做好长远规划,制定科学的训练计划
Pupils sprint training is to lay the foundation for the future of basic training phase. Through the sprint training, the pupils’ cardiopulmonary function is enhanced, the muscle strength is continuously enhanced, the coordination and sensitivity and responsiveness are cultivated, the potential sporting explosive power is stimulated, and a solid foundation for future development is laid. Therefore, primary school students’ sprint training should scientifically and reasonably make a training plan, select training contents and methods that are suitable for the physical and mental development of primary school students, and lay emphasis on laying the foundation and not adultization. The author combines many years of teaching and training practice from the following three aspects to improve pupils dash training effect. First, do a long-term planning, develop a scientific training program
