在中国文学界,传扬着一个响当当的名字:特·赛音巴雅尔。他是受国务院表彰的全国民族团结进步模范个人,著名蒙古族作家、编辑家、文学史家,曾任《民族文学》杂志副主编、编审。他主编了《中国当代文学史》《中国少数民族当代文学史》《中国蒙古族当代文学史》等系列三部文学史,创意建立了中国少数民族作家研究中心、中国少数民族文学馆,为中国多民族文学事业发展作出了重大贡献,对促进民族团结进步具有重要意义。在特别的园地辛勤耕耘自从内蒙古师范学院(现内蒙古师范大学)蒙古语言文学研究班毕业后,特·赛音巴雅尔长期在我国少数民族地区生活和工作。1980
