随着经济的迅速发展,战略联盟急速成长为一种普遍的商业模式,但是在为联盟双方带来巨大利益的同时也产生了诸多导致联盟不稳定的因素。本文通过对文献的梳理筛选出影响战略联盟发展的因素,利用定性与定量相结合的方法,构建战略联盟稳定性AHP评价模型,确定各个因素对联盟稳定性的影响强度,为联盟稳定发展提供理论依据。
With the rapid economic development, strategic alliances have grown rapidly into a universal business model. However, while bringing great benefits to both sides of the coalition, many factors have led to instability in the coalition. This paper sort out the factors that affect the development of strategic alliances by combing the literature, and use the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods to build AHP evaluation model of strategic alliance stability, determine the strength of each factor on the stability of alliances and provide the theory for the stable development of alliances in accordance with.
