随着我国市场经济环境的不断完善,各大企业已经进入了战略竞争时代,对市场营销人才的需求也在进一步加大。如何培养适应企业需求的营销人才成为各大院校急需思考与解决的问题。本文主要探讨了当下职业院校市场营销专业在人才培养方面存在的主要问题,并基于校企合作的视角,提出了市场营销专业人才培养在校企合作下的有效途径。
With the continuous improvement of the market economy environment in our country, all major enterprises have entered an era of strategic competition, and the demand for marketing personnel is also further increased. How to cultivate the marketing talents to adapt to the needs of enterprises has become a major problem for schools to think and solve. This paper mainly discusses the major problems existing in marketing professionals in vocational colleges in terms of personnel training. Based on the perspective of school-enterprise cooperation, this paper puts forward an effective way to train marketing professionals in the cooperation between school and enterprises.
