腐败是摆在各国政府面前的一道难题,更是政府实现民主与法治,转型为民治政府的最大障碍。本文在对网络反腐遇到的问题内外因素分析的基础上,提出了从发挥政府主体,公民积极参与成为主力军和激发网络本身的能动性三个方面探索网络反腐的新模式。 Corruption is a difficult problem facing the governments of various countries. It is also the biggest obstacle for the government to realize democracy and rule of law and transform itself into a people’s government. Based on the analysis of the internal and external factors of the anti-corruption issues in the network, this paper proposes a new mode to explore the anti-corruption of the Internet from the three aspects of the main body of the government, the active participation of citizens as the main force and the activation of the network itself.
