一、供需不均衡现象主要表现为结构不均衡莱钢集团公司的职工教育培训主要由职工教育中心(包括党校、电大)、技校和二级单位的人教科承担,共有专职教师477人,教学场地13975平方米。基本上能够满足莱钢集团公司职工教育的需要,也就是说供求总量之间的矛盾不太明显,但结构性的矛盾比较突出。具体表现在:(一)“一专多能”型人才的培训需求大于供给。调查中发现:就职工个人而言,无论从事哪类工作的,普遍对目前的“一专”不满意,希望能有学习“多能”的机会。如做技术工作的,希望学习管理知识的占被调查对象的25.2%,
