刺槐是优良蜜源树种,刺槐蜜味道好且结晶慢。为选育出花量多、花期长、花含糖量高的刺槐无性系,于1976~1977年在山东、河南、江苏和辽宁4省26个刺槐人工林中,选择优树31株,采用随机区组设计,在兴城进行田间对比试验。经十多年的研究,结果表明,刺槐无性系间存在显著差异,花量与花期呈显著正相关,花量与含可溶性总糖量相关不显著。并选育出山东38号和江苏10号高蜜源刺槐无性系2个,花期分别为17.0和15.3天,3年平均花量1240和1150穗,含可溶性总糖量为15.14%、14.06%。
Black locust is an excellent honey source tree species, and the acacia honey tastes good and slowly crystallizes. In order to breed Robinia Pseudoacacia clones with more blooms, longer flowering periods and higher sugar content, 31 elite trees were selected from 26 Robinia pseudoacacia plantations in Shandong, Henan, Jiangsu and Liaoning provinces from 1976 to 1977. After more than ten years of research, the results show that there is a significant difference between the clones of Robinia pseudoacacia, flowering and flowering was significantly positive correlation, flowering and total soluble sugar content was not significant.
