石油企业基层站队分布特点为点多、线长、面广,而且每一个站队都是一个独立的生产单元。通过深入基层调研发现,基层站队拥有现成的生产、技术、流程、设备、数据等核心资源,如果能够发挥这些核心培训资源的优势,就能够确保培训的质量和效果。基于这种考虑,通过大量的调查、研究、分析,经过一年多的探索、创建和实践,构建了“6+7”站队自主培训模式,即:“六层级分析法和七要素控制法”培训模式。
The distribution characteristics of grassroots teams in oil enterprises are characterized by many points, long lines and broad areas, and each station is an independent production unit. Through in-depth grass-roots research found that grassroots teams have ready-made production, technology, processes, equipment, data and other core resources, if able to play the advantages of these core training resources, we can ensure the quality and effectiveness of training. Based on this consideration, through a large number of surveys, studies and analyzes, after more than a year of exploration, creation and practice, we have built an independent training model for “6 + 7” stations, namely: “Six levels of analysis and seven elements Control Law ”training mode.
