Although the term “effective teaching” was translated literally from the English “Effective-struction”, it is an ancient topic in the education world to explore what teaching is effective. Educational research shows that there are many factors that affect effective teaching, and effective questioning in curriculum design is regarded as the core of effective teaching and a sign of effective teaching. Asking teachers to teach
