本文重点介绍了公司治理理论研究的一个新视角———行为公司治理,并从传统公司治理理论研究范式及其局限性,行为公司治理研究的理论基础、基本分析框架及其相对于传统治理研究的突破,以及行为公司治理研究的最新进展四个方面全面综述了行为公司治理的内涵、分析框架与基本特征,并对该领域研究的未来发展趋势进行了展望。
This article focuses on a new perspective of corporate governance theory research --- behavioral corporate governance, and from the traditional paradigm of corporate governance research paradigms and limitations, the theoretical basis for the study of corporate governance behavior, the basic analytical framework and its relative to the traditional governance research , And the latest progress of behavioral corporate governance research, this paper comprehensively summarizes the connotation, analysis framework and basic characteristics of behavioral corporate governance and prospects the future development of this field.
