第八讲工业视觉系统在工业生产中,有很大一部分人从事加工、装配和检查工作,为了使这些工序自动化,研制带视觉传感器的工业视觉系统是一个重要途径。工业视觉系统是在便于识别的特定环境下所摄取的图象中,检测操作所必须的特征,然后利用这些特征来决定对象的位置或者把次品检查出来。处理时要求系统响应速度快、处理结果稳定,并且在处理对象更改时有良好的适应性。这种工业视觉系统目前正在许多部门加紧研究,这是因为大规模集成电路技术的飞速发展,微处理机、逻辑运算器件、存贮器和半导体摄象器件等的性能价格比有显著提高,因此,利用这类器件的工业视觉系统的实际应用已经提到日程上来了。

This kind of industrial vision system is stepping up its research in many sectors at present. This is because the rapid development of large-scale integrated circuit technology has led to a significant increase in the price / performance ratio of microprocessors, logic devices, memories and semiconductor imaging devices The practical application of industrial vision systems that make use of these devices has already been mentioned on the agenda.
