第五讲光纤传感器及其应用近几年来,光纤传感器由于它的独特的性能而受到广泛的重视。它的制造和应用研究正在迅速地发展,在温度、压力、应变、位移、速度、加速度、磁、电、声、辐射和pH值等方面的检测中开辟了一个新的具有很大潜力的领域。光纤传感器具有以下优点: 1.灵敏度高。由于传感信息的是光,所以所有已研制成功的光纤传感器分辨力皆优于自前其它同类传感器。这一特点使它在微小物理量检测方面的发展尤为迅速。 2.自身独立性好。光纤是一种无机材料,大多数情况下能够耐高压,对电磁噪音不敏感,通讯保密性好,耐腐蚀,耐火,防爆,耐气候变化。这一特点使光纤传感器适应于各种实际使用环境,如水下、高温工作
Lecture 5 Fiber Optic Sensors and Their Applications In recent years, fiber optic sensors have attracted a great deal of attention due to their unique properties. Its manufacturing and applied research is rapidly evolving, opening up a new field of potential in the detection of temperature, pressure, strain, displacement, velocity, acceleration, magnetism, electricity, sound, radiation and pH . Optical fiber sensor has the following advantages: 1. High sensitivity. Since the sensing information is light, all the successful optical fiber sensors have better resolution than other similar sensors. This feature makes it particularly in the development of small physical quantities of the rapid development. 2. their own independence is good. Optical fiber is an inorganic material, in most cases able to withstand high voltage, insensitive to electromagnetic noise, good communication confidentiality, corrosion resistance, fire resistance, explosion protection and weather resistance.
