体育活动不仅能够改善大学生的机体健康状况,而且对提高大学生的心理健康具有良好的促进作用。有利于调节大学生的情绪;有益于大学生坚强意志品质的形成;有感于大学生人际关系的改善;有助于消除大学生心理障碍,治疗心理疾病。因此,要充分利用体育活动的有利条件,督促学生经常参加课外锻炼,以缓解学生的心理、精神压力,消除紧张情绪,增强自信心。
Physical activity can not only improve the health of college students, but also promote the mental health of college students. Help to adjust the mood of university students; help the formation of a strong will of college students; feel the improvement of interpersonal relationships among college students; help to eliminate the psychological barriers of college students and cure mental illness. Therefore, it is necessary to make full use of the favorable conditions of sports activities and urge students to participate in extracurricular activities regularly to alleviate the psychological and mental stress of students, to eliminate tension and enhance self-confidence.
