学困生,顾名思义是指那些学习困难、成绩落后的学生。如何帮助他们摆脱困境,使其快乐地成长,是每一位教育工作者特别是班主任教师义不容辞的责任和义务,同时也是当前新课程改革的基本要求。在几十年的班主任工作中,我深刻地体会到,做好以下几点,对学困生的转化成长至关重要。一、摸清原因,对症教育优等生有着相同的特点,就是品学兼优,但学困生各有各的原因。作为教育工作者,特别是班主任教师,要对学困生的思想、生活、家庭、学习方式
Students with learning difficulties, as the name suggests, refers to those students who have difficulty in learning and who have not achieved enough grades. How to help them get out of their predicament and make them grow happily is an unshirkable responsibility and obligation of every educator, especially the class teacher, and also the basic requirement of the current new curriculum reform. In the class teacher’s work for several decades, I have profoundly realized that doing the following is crucial for the transformation and growth of students with learning difficulties. First, find out the reason, symptomatic education excellent students have the same characteristics, that is, both good and bad, but students have their own reasons.
