一个工程项目可以分为4个阶段:前期准备阶段、建设阶段、运营维护阶段、拆除废弃阶段。这4个阶段对应着价值规划、价值形成、价值实现、价值消失,即工程项目全生命周期价值链的4个环节。全寿命周期成本(Life-Cyle Cost,简称LCC)就是考虑工程项目在全寿命周期的4个阶段所产生的全部费用。全寿命周期价值管理是从工程项目全寿命周期的角度来研究如何降低项目全寿命周期成本,实现项目全生命周期价值最大化。
A project can be divided into four phases: the preparatory phase, the construction phase, operation and maintenance phase, dismantling the discard phase. These four stages correspond to the four stages of value planning, value formation, value realization and value disappearing, that is, the entire project life cycle value chain. Life-Cyle Cost (LCC) considers the full cost of a project over the four phases of its life cycle. Life-cycle value management is to study how to reduce the project life-cycle cost from the perspective of project life cycle to maximize the value of the project life-cycle.
