分别在600、650和700℃温度下对喷射成形H13钢循环加热100 h,通过XRD、SEM、EDS、称量增重等方法分析了喷射成形H13钢氧化膜的物相类型,氧化层形貌,元素分布和质量变化规律。结果表明,经过100 h保温后,试样表面形成了两层氧化膜,外层氧化膜主要由Fe_2O_3和Cr_2O_3组成,组织疏松,有较多孔洞;内层氧化膜是尖晶石结构的NiCr_2O_4/NiCrO_4化合物,组织致密不易脱落,有效阻碍了O_2和合金元素的扩散。与铸造H13相比,喷射成形H13钢具有更好的抗氧化性能。
The jet-formed H13 steel was heated at 600, 650 and 700 ℃ for 100 h. The phase types, the morphology of the oxide layer of spray-formed H13 steel oxide film were analyzed by XRD, SEM, EDS, , Elemental distribution and quality changes. The results show that after 100 h heat preservation, two oxide films are formed on the surface of the sample. The outer oxide film mainly consists of Fe_2O_3 and Cr_2O_3 with loose pores and many pores. The inner oxide film is a spinel NiCr_2O_4 / NiCrO_4 compounds, the structure is not easy to fall off, effectively hinder the diffusion of O_2 and alloying elements. Compared with the cast H13, spray-formed H13 steel has better oxidation resistance.
