一、概述塑料管应用于区域供热管网约在十五年前就开始了。这种塑料管有其良好的特性,能够满足热网温度和压力的要求。管外套由低密度聚乙烯材料制成,内管用聚乙烯材料以特殊的形式制成,其中填充泡沫塑料作为绝热材料。与普通钢管相比,塑料管非常柔韧灵活,50米长的塑料管可卷绕起来,方便于运送和施工。塑料管更适合于支线管网使用(φ22~φ28毫米)。至今,已敷设的这类塑料管有800多公里长。区域供热塑料管的剖面图见图1。
I. Overview Plastic pipes have been used in district heating networks about 15 years ago. This kind of plastic pipe has its good characteristics and can meet the requirements of the heat network temperature and pressure. The jacket of the tube is made of a low-density polyethylene material and the inner tube is made of a special material of polyethylene, in which a foam is filled as a heat-insulating material. Compared with ordinary steel pipes, plastic pipes are very flexible and flexible, and 50-meter-long plastic pipes can be coiled for transportation and construction. Plastic pipe is more suitable for branch pipe network (φ22~φ28mm). To date, more than 800 kilometers of such plastic pipes have been laid.
