Constructivism learning theory emphasizes that learning is an active construction process. Learners use their own existing knowledge and experience to construct through the interaction between individuals and the environment. By introducing the constructivist view of learning, the article puts forward some enlightenment of constructivism learning theory to foreign language teaching and enriches the theory of foreign language teaching, which has realistic guiding significance to the design of modern foreign language classroom teaching activities.
