伴随着工业和信息化部的一纸公文,在中国发展了十多年的小灵通,将要在2011年年底前完成清频退网工作。这意味着,曾经风光无限的小灵通将在三年后永远地退出历史舞台2008年2月3日,国家工业和信息化部印发了《关于1900-1920MHz频段无线接入系统相关事宜的通知》。通知明确指出,在2011年底前,将完成现有1900-1920MHz频段的清频工作。这也就意味着,正在使川该频段、曾在电信市场活跃一时的小灵通三年内将彻底退市。
Along with a piece of official document issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, PHS has been developed in China for more than a decade and will be completed by the end of 2011. This means that the once-famed PHS will quit the stage of history forever in three years. On February 3, 2008, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China issued the Notice on Wireless Access Systems in the 1900-1920MHz Band . The notice clearly pointed out that by the end of 2011, will complete the existing frequency band 1900-1920MHz work. This means that, is to make the frequency band, once active in the telecommunications market, PHS will be completely delisted within three years.
