循环经济要求按照生态规律重构经济系统,使得经济系统和谐地纳入到自然生态系统的物质循环过程中,建立起一种新形态的能持续发展的经济。发展循环经济有企业、产业园区、城市和区域等层次,企业循环经济的发展是基础。而企业的本质是一系列经营资源在管理组织下的集合体,经营资源的不同增长特性决定了发展循环经济是企业实现可持续发展的必然选择,并将最终通过知识经济来实现。
Recycling economy requires the reconstruction of economic system in accordance with the laws of ecology so that the economic system can be harmoniously integrated into the material cycle of natural ecosystems and a new form of sustainable economy can be established. The development of circular economy enterprises, industrial parks, cities and regions and other levels, the development of circular economy business is the foundation. The nature of the enterprise is a collection of operating resources under the management organization. The different growth characteristics of operating resources determine that the development of recycling economy is an inevitable choice for enterprises to achieve sustainable development and will eventually be realized through knowledge economy.
