目的:对研制的改良麦康凯培养基(MACI)的回收率和克雷伯菌在该培养基上的最低检出限进行研究。方法:选择产酸克雷伯菌ATCC13182和肺炎克雷伯菌ATCC10031为试验菌株,以NA培养基为对照,采用涂布法测试MACI培养基的回收率;试验菌株稀释成不同浓度后分别加入到已知无肠杆科细菌的婴幼儿配方奶粉中,涂布法测试克雷伯菌在MACI培养基上的最低检出限。结果:两种菌株在MACI培养基上的回收率分别为89.90%和93.66%,加标实验菌株的最低检出限为40 cfu/ml。结论:MACI不仅可快速准确地分离克雷伯菌,而且试验菌株在此培养基上的回收率及最低检出限可以达到比较理想的结果。
