在模拟混凝土孔溶液中,利用循环伏安与动电位极化曲线、Mott-Schottky曲线和电化学阻抗谱对经钝化处理后普通低碳钢与细晶粒钢的耐蚀性进行研究。结果表明,细晶粒钢与普通低碳钢的公共钝化电位区域为-0.25~0.45V,微量元素的含量与晶界的数量影响细晶粒钢钝化膜的耐蚀性。
The corrosion resistance of mild steel and fine grain steel after passivation treatment was studied by cyclic voltammetry and potentiodynamic polarization curve, Mott-Schottky curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy in simulated concrete pore solution. The results show that the common passivation potential range of fine grain steel and common mild steel is -0.25 ~ 0.45V. The content of trace elements and the number of grain boundaries affect the corrosion resistance of fine grained steel passivation film.
