目的:明确全缘叶绿绒蒿种子的休眠机理,提高种子发芽率。方法:对种子进行形态结构分析,浓硫酸及不同浓度的GA3处理,并在20℃条件下发芽。结果:浓硫酸与GA3结合处理是促进全缘叶绿绒蒿种子萌发和降低萌发时滞的最佳方法,处理后种子萌发时滞缩短为8 d,发芽率达到55.3%,与对照相比,达到极显著差异(P<0.01)。结论:全缘叶绿绒蒿种子休眠的原因是物理休眠和生理休眠引起的复合休眠,通过浓硫酸及适宜浓度的GA3处理能够解除休眠,提高种子发芽率。
Objective: To clarify the dormancy mechanism of the whole seed of Artemisia annua and increase the seed germination rate. Methods: Morphological and structural analysis of seeds, concentrated sulfuric acid and different concentrations of GA3 treatment, and germination at 20 ℃. Results: The combination of concentrated sulfuric acid and GA3 was the best method to promote seed germination and reduce the germination delay of A. annua. After treatment, the seed germination shortened to 8 d and the germination rate reached 55.3%. Compared with the control, Reaching a significant difference (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: The reason for seed dormancy in Artemisia annua was dormancy caused by physical dormancy and physiological dormancy, dormancy could be lifted by concentrated sulfuric acid and appropriate concentration of GA3, and seed germination rate could be improved.
