应用理化分析方法对齿轮轴退火后开裂进行分析。结果表明该齿轮轴所用的20CrMnTi钢材合金元素Cr、Mn含量超过标准要求,引起齿轮轴热处理退火后出现较大应力,这是导致齿轮轴开裂的主要原因。
The physical and chemical analysis method was used to analyze the crack after gear shaft annealing. The results show that the 20CrMnTi steel used in this gear shaft contains more Cr and Mn than the standard requirements, resulting in high stress after heat treatment on the gear shaft. This is the main reason for cracking of the gear shaft.
