放松是器乐学习与演奏的关键。要使演奏进入艺术境界,使学琴步入正轨,演奏者和学习者都必须具有良好的放松状态。 一、放松的含意 放松包括两方面。一是心理的放松。二是肌理的放松。这两方面既相互影响,又互相联系。放松是相对而言的,肌体的放松不等于松散无力;精神的放松不等于毫无准备;比如有的人操纵手风琴轻松自如,表现乐曲淋漓尽致,能引起欣赏者的极大共鸣;而有的人弹拉吃力,给人感觉生硬不灵。前者就掌握了放松的要领,心理、肌理的张度恰到好处,而后者就适得其反。再则,凡事不要过分,过于放松也会使演奏平平淡淡,缺乏感染。因此,我们要正确理解“放松”的含意。要张中有驰、张驰相济,才能达到理想的效果。
