冲压和其它塑性加工一样,接触面上的压力很大,局部瞬时温度很高,在这样苛刻的工作条件下,一般润滑剂根本无法适应。我厂过去使用机械油作为润滑剂,由于油膜强度低,高温高压使油膜破裂,造成金属的直接接触,致使摩擦加剧,在型腔表面形成热磨损和咬合磨损,有时甚至因发热而产生粘附现象,导致凸凹模卡死,模具使用寿命很低。为了改善冲裁模的工作条件,提高模具寿命,我们设计配制了一种含有油性剂和多种极压剂的复合润滑油,在冲压加工中取得了良好的效果。
