以地方高校转型发展为契机,通过“企业命名班”校企深度融合,创新培养模式,优化培养方案,调整课程体系,打造师资队伍,共建实践基地,搭建就业平台,更好地适应区域经济社会的发展需要。构建以行业需求为导向、以工程实践能力培养为主线的人才培养模式,为地方高校转型发展提供参考。
