目的识别、分析与评价拟建设项目可能产生的职业病危害因素,确定防护对策和职业卫生管理措施。方法根据《建设项目职业病危害评价规范》,采用类比法及定量分级法综合分析。结果该项目生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、噪声、高温、工频电场、一氧化碳、氨、盐酸、联胺、氢氧化钠等,其中粉尘浓度最高为3.3 mg/m3,噪声范围为52.5~88.0 dB,氯化氢最高1.52 mg/m3;拟建项目的选址、总平面布局、生产工艺与设备布局、职业病危害防护设施、建筑卫生学等基本符合国家相关职业卫生标准。结论该项目属职业病危害严重的项目。在生产过程中产生的职业病危害可以预防,从职业卫生角度分析该项目可实施。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards that may be caused by the proposed construction project and to determine measures for prevention and occupational health management. Methods According to the “Code for Occupational Disease Hazard Evaluation of Construction Projects”, the methods of analogy and quantitative analysis were used. Results The main occupational hazards that may occur in the process of production are dust, noise, high temperature, power frequency electric field, carbon monoxide, ammonia, hydrochloric acid, hydrazine, sodium hydroxide, etc. The highest dust concentration is 3.3 mg / Of 52.5-88.0 dB and hydrogen chloride of 1.52 mg / m3. The site selection, general layout, production process and equipment layout, occupational hazard protection facilities and building hygiene of the proposed project basically meet the national occupational health standards. Conclusion This project is a serious occupational disease project. Occupational hazards generated in the production process can be prevented, from the perspective of occupational health analysis of the project can be implemented.
