目的:评价半导体激光对肝脏恶性肿瘤的治疗效果。材料和方法:经病理证实肝肿瘤12例(原发肝癌4例,肝转移癌 8例),用达美德半导体激光治疗仪行激光治疗。治疗所用功率为2W,能量为2800~6400J。6例于治疗后14天行CT复查,评价坏死程度;6例分别于治疗后当天和第3天行B超随访。结果:应用激光消融即刻超声复查,发现原肿瘤低回声区出现气化所致高回声23天以后,靶区呈3层回声中央呈无回声,中间高回声,周围低回声。14天后,病灶均有不同程度的缩小。结论:对于一些无法手术或放疗的肝脏恶性肿瘤患者,半导体激光治疗提供了一种可行而有效的方法。
Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of semiconductor laser on hepatic malignancies. Materials and Methods: 12 liver tumors were confirmed by pathology (4 cases of primary liver cancer and 8 cases of hepatic metastases). Laser treatment was carried out with a Darmet laser therapy instrument. The power used for treatment is 2W and the energy is 2800-6400J. 6 cases were examined by CT on the 14th day after treatment to evaluate the degree of necrosis; 6 cases were followed by B ultrasound on the day after treatment and on the third day. RESULTS: Using laser ablation for immediate ultrasound examination, it was found that after 23 days of high echo caused by gasification in the original hypoechoic region of the original tumor, the target showed a 3-layer echogenic center with no echo, middle high echo, and low echo around. After 14 days, the lesions were reduced to varying degrees. Conclusion: For some patients with inoperable or radiotherapy hepatic malignancies, semiconductor laser treatment provides a feasible and effective method.
