高职学生具有自我学习能力差,基础知识累计少的特点,这些都是制约高职学生参与未来人才市场竞争的关键要素,且学生的学习成绩也在此呈现出两级分化严重的情况。目前高等职业教育对高职英语教育提升新的高要求。因而就需针对当前的职业发展要求,结合学生的需求分析,改善高职英语教学模式,推进分层教学制度的开展,做到针对不同类型的学生都能开展针对性指导,并从教学内容、目标等方式上论证,因材施教中,不断满足学生的个体化需求。
