二十一世纪对人才的要求是“全方位,高素质”,但目前许多地方的中学教育仍为不同程度的“应试教育”,这很难达到未来社会对人才素质的要求。拿地理教学来说,虽然有培养学生素质的丰富素材,但由于受考试制度,传统思维习惯等制约,目前的课堂教学还没有达到素质教育的要求。要想实施素质教育,则必须进一步优化教学的环境,优化课堂教学目标、教学准备、教学过程等,才能适应素质教育的要求。
Talent demands in the 21st century are “all-round, high-quality”. However, secondary education in many places is still “examination-oriented education” to varying degrees and it is very difficult to meet the requirements of the future society for the quality of qualified personnel. Take geography teaching, although there are rich materials to develop student quality, but due to the examination system, the traditional thinking habits and other constraints, the current classroom teaching has not yet reached the requirements of quality education. To implement quality education, we must further optimize the teaching environment, optimize classroom teaching objectives, teaching preparation, teaching process, etc., in order to meet the requirements of quality education.
