在工程项目建筑的过程中因为业主的需求以及设计方面的原因等等经常会需要对于工程项目进行一定的变更,在工程变更的过程中存在着较多的风险问题,一旦控制不好就会影响整个工程的质量。作为一项重要的管理内容,工程变更管理涉及的方面较多,常见的有施工条件、进度计划和设计变更,以及工程量清单、原招标文件当中不曾提及的新增工程量,这些在很大程度上影响着工程项目的质量和效果。为了能够更好地预防工程变更,对工程变更中存在的风险进行有效控制与管理,本文详细的探讨了工程变更中常见的问题以及风险因素,并提出了相应的管理方法。
