路基路堤填料的选择是道路建设中的重要课题。由于岩土材料的复杂性,建立评判材料适宜性的标准,具有很大的难度,选择合适的简便易行的评价指标是岩土工作者们不懈的追求。针对某高速公路建设中拟采用的昔格达填料,通过大量的物理力学试验以及该类岩土材料特有的工程性质的分析研究,发现混合填料中泥岩含量对填料工程性质影响较大,而通过粘粒组分的测定可以较为准确地获得泥岩在混合填料中的百分比。为此,通过大量试验数据的统计分析,建立了昔格达混合填料的粘粒含量评价标准,并在工程中得到了实践的检验。事实表明,采用该指标可以较为合理、快速地判定填料的路用适宜性,可为其他岩土材料的适宜性判定提供参考。
The choice of embankment filling is an important issue in road construction. Due to the complexity of geotechnical materials, it is very difficult to establish the criteria for judging suitability of materials. Choosing an appropriate simple and easy evaluation index is the relentless pursuit of geotechnical workers. Aimed at the Xigeda packing to be used in the construction of a highway, through a large number of physical and mechanical tests and the analysis of engineering properties peculiar to this kind of geotechnical materials, it is found that the content of mudstone in the mixed filler has a great influence on the engineering properties of the packing, Determination of clay fraction can be more accurately obtain the percentage of mudstone mixed filler. Therefore, through the statistical analysis of a large number of test data, the evaluation criterion of clay content of the Xigeda mixed filler has been established and has been tested practically in the project. The fact shows that the index can be more reasonable and fast to determine the suitability of the road filling, which can provide reference for other geotechnical materials suitability.
