海事系统规费征收 ,是国家赋予的神圣职责。本文试从港口区域划定、规费账户网络和海事规费征缴手段等方面 ,对进一步规范海事规费征缴工作作初步探讨。
The collection of maritime system fees is the sacred duty given by the state. This article tries to make a preliminary discussion on further standardizing the collection of maritime fees in terms of the delineation of ports, the network of fee accounts and the collection of maritime regulations.
