我省颁发土地房屋所有证的收费办法,本府业已于十月十七日以(52)财税字第十六号指示各级人民政府遵照执行。但据近来万年、新建、萍乡等县反映,该指示对某些特殊土地问题,未作具体规定,致使发证收费工作发生一些困难。为此,本府特作如下几点补充规定:一、经常种植棉花、甘蔗、烟叶等经济作物的土地之收费标准按本府指示第一条第四项办理。其折合收入相当于就近水田产量者,按就近水田标准收费;低于就近水田产量看,按就近旱地标准收费;其每亩收入不及一百五十斤谷子价值者,只收手续费一百元。(所有手续费的报解入库办
