采用二步水热法和光照还原法制备了银负载TiO2纳米线/石墨烯(GR/TiO2NW/Ag)复合材料,并对其进行了表征,结果表明:Ag纳米颗粒修饰的TiO2NW分布于石墨烯表面,TiO2NW为锐钛矿晶型,光生电子和空穴复合效率降低。并研究了GR/TiO2NW/Ag复合材料在紫外光下降解双酚A废水的光催化性能,实验结果表明,GR/TiO2NW/Ag对双酚A的降解效果明显优于TiO2。40min内,GR/TiO2NW/Ag在紫外光照下对双酚A降解率达到100%。
Silver-supported TiO2 nanowires / graphene (GR / TiO2NW / Ag) composites were prepared by a two-step hydrothermal method and a photoluminescent reduction method. The results showed that the TiO2 nanoparticles were modified by graphene Surface, TiO2NW anatase crystal form, photo-generated electron and hole recombination efficiency is reduced. The photocatalytic activity of GR / TiO2NW / Ag composites for degradation of bisphenol A wastewater under ultraviolet light was studied. The experimental results show that the degradation of bisphenol A by GR / TiO2NW / Ag is obviously better than that of TiO2 / TiO2NW / Ag degradation of bisphenol A in the ultraviolet light to 100%.
