作为家长,我们的心态都是相似的,希望能根据我们曾经的经验或是他人的指导给孩子更多的意见,让他们少走弯路,而唯一不同的是我们给予意见的程度。事实上,过多地强加意见反而会让孩子形成逆向的心理思维,而且,也难免会在一定程度上抑制孩子学习的主动性。与其如此,不如让孩子的高考之路更多地包含他们自己的想法。孩子往往会对自己所做的决定付出更多。当然,家长的提点也是必要的。但这种提点应该是建议式的,而并非强加式的。孩子的潜力是我们所无法估摸的,所以我们应该给予其成长的空间。

Instead, let your children’s entrance exam more inclusive of their own ideas. Children tend to pay more for what they do. Of course, parents’ advice is also necessary. However, this suggestion should be suggested rather than imposed. Children’s potential is beyond our grasp, so we should give it room for growth.
