近几年来,从上到下都十分重视德育工作,提出过种种口号,搞了大量的教育活动,收到了一定的成效。但是,德育工作的成效与广大教育工作者所付出的辛勤劳动相比是很不相称的。德育工作者应研究符合实际的以人为本的新德育模式,使德育工作取得实效。一、德育实效低的主要表现1.逆反心理许多学生不喜欢上品德课,对老师的思想教育表现烦躁、敷衍、漫不经心,甚至和老师顶撞、争吵。在一些班里,受表扬的学生被孤立,受批评的学生反而得到一部分同学的支持。
