本文提出将无烟煤、贫煤直流式燃烧器的燃烧过程划分成着火区、前燃烧区、后燃烧区和燃尽区,并提出前燃烧区存在一个极限燃烧率的概念,根据国内实践经验将前燃区的极限燃烧率定为35~50%。从而,除限制着火区的风量外,着火后在前燃烧区只能配以35~50%的风量(包括着火区的风量).本文总结了各种配风的作用,并提出了控制着火区、前燃烧区、后燃烧区及燃尽区风量的措施以及控制各种配风与煤粉火炬混合的方法。
