急性淋巴细胞白血病并发双侧乳房白血病性肿瘤是一种罕见的病例.现将我科收治的二例报道如下: 例1 缪某,女,24岁,已婚。1986年6月因“面黄”,乏力、鼻衄伴发热去当地县医院就诊。骨髓检查示增生极度活跃,原淋及幼淋占95.5％。住院期间给以长春新碱、强的松治疗,并给氨甲喋啶鞘内注射3次,50天后病情好转出院。同年9月份妊娠,9月10日来我院门诊复查骨髓,结果幼淋4.5％。未坚持维持治疗。1987年2月,无意中发现左乳房下有一包块似蚕豆大小,无痛感,去当地医院就诊,误认为妊娠引起乳腺发育,未给以进一步检查及治疗。2个月
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia complicated with bilateral breast leukemia is a rare case, now we receive two cases reported as follows: Case 1 Miao, female, 24 years old, married.
