当前,我国高校体育理论教学有待提升,很多大学生在思想上对于体育理论知识学习不够重视,认为体育技能才是最为关键的,高校体育理论教学课时严重不足,教学内容不系统。因此,要进行体育理论教学改革,提升体育理论教学品质,提高理论对实践的指导作用。作为大学生来说,积极学习和掌握体育理论知识,有利于体育意识的形成和深化,有助于自主锻炼和终生体育锻炼意识的加强。高校体育教育要在内容上体现以人为本的思想,始终围绕体育与健康这个核心进行体育教育的创新,逐步构建一个系统完整的体育教学结构体
At present, the theoretical teaching of college PE in China needs to be improved. Many college students do not pay enough attention to the theoretical study of PE theory. They think that sports skills are the most crucial. There is a serious shortage of teaching hours in college PE theory and the teaching content is not systematic. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out the teaching reform of sports theory, enhance the teaching quality of sports theory and improve the guiding role of theory to practice. As a college student, actively studying and mastering the knowledge of sports theory is conducive to the formation and deepening of sports awareness, and helps to strengthen the sense of self-training and lifelong physical training. Physical education in colleges and universities should embody the idea of putting people first in the content and always carry out the innovation of physical education around the core of physical education and health and gradually establish a systematic and complete physical education structure
