经济全球化是本世纪后半期的一种世界性现象,特别是在90年代冷战结束以后,所谓“两个阵营”、“两个市场”的状态被打破,经济全球化的步伐显然加快。经济全球化已成为当前经济发展不可逆转的大趋势。 但是我们也不能不看到,经济全球化在提供其发展机遇的同时,也有可能使国家经济和金融的安全受到一定程度的威胁。这次亚洲金融危机的发生很大程度上是经济全球化负效应的反映。我国作为一个经济高速发展的发展中国家,在对外开放过程中,绝不能忽视经济全球化对我们经济安全的影响。
Economic globalization is a worldwide phenomenon in the latter half of this century. Especially after the end of the Cold War in the 1990s, the so-called “two camps” and “two markets” have been broken and the pace of economic globalization has apparently accelerated. Economic globalization has become an irreversible trend in the current economic development. However, we can not fail to see that economic globalization, while providing its development opportunities, may also threaten the security of the country’s economy and finance to some extent. The occurrence of this Asian financial crisis is largely a reflection of the negative effects of economic globalization. As a developing country with rapid economic development, our country must not ignore the impact of economic globalization on our economic security during the process of opening up to the outside world.
