目的采用多学科团队查房的模式,评价多学科联合查房对提高全科医师临床能力的效果,试图探索出适合培养全科医师的最佳教育教学方法。方法将56人随机分为2组。对照组的教学查房由呼吸科教师独立主持,试验组采用多学科团队查房的模式。通过问卷调查、理论知识考核、临床技能考核的形式,对MDR模式进行整体效果评价。结果在关注心理健康问题、综合全面分析、重视对患者的连续性管理、强调预防为主的理念、心理疏导、全人理念、讲授社区慢性病规范化管理知识、全科带教意识8项指标方面,多学科联合查房模式明显优于传统教学查房模式,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。试验组在社区预防、慢病管理的成绩较查房前明显提高,分别为3.8±0.5vs1.8±0.7和4.3±0.1vs2.1±0.5,P<0.01,差异有显著统计学意义。92.9%的学员认为多学科联合查房模式加强了专科与全科之间的合作;89.3%的全科学员更加喜欢多学科联合查房模式。结论多学科联合查房有助于提高全科医师临床能力。
Objective To evaluate the effect of multidisciplinary joint rounds on improving general practitioner clinical ability by using multidisciplinary team ward rounds, and to explore the best education and teaching method suitable for general practitioner training. Methods 56 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The teaching room of the control group was independently chaired by the Respiratory Teachers, and the experimental group adopted the mode of multidisciplinary team rounds. Through the questionnaire survey, theoretical knowledge assessment, clinical skills assessment form, the MDR model overall effect evaluation. Results Concerned about mental health problems, comprehensive and comprehensive analysis, emphasis on patient continuity management, emphasizing the concept of prevention, psychological counseling, whole-person philosophy, teaching community chronic disease standardized management knowledge, general education teaching eight indicators, The multi-disciplinary joint round robin model was significantly better than the traditional teaching ward round model, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant. The scores of community-based prevention and chronic disease management in the experimental group were significantly higher than those before the roundhouse examination (3.8 ± 0.5 vs 1.8 ± 0.7 vs 4.3 ± 0.1 vs. 2.1 ± 0.5 respectively, P <0.01). The difference was statistically significant. 92.9% of trainees think that the multi-disciplinary joint ward round-up mode has strengthened the cooperation between specialties and general subjects; 89.3% of general practitioners prefer the multidisciplinary joint ward rounds. Conclusions Multidisciplinary joint ward helps to improve the clinical ability of general practitioners.
