冀东司家营赤铁石英岩矿石的正浮选小型试验和半工业试验,已获得良好结果。为进一步探索提高指标的途径,本研究课题进行了烷基磺酸钠对假象赤铁矿的作用机理以及与矿物可浮性的关系等方面的研究。冀东司家营北区浅部的赤铁矿,是以假象、半假象为主。主要脉石矿物为石英。假象赤铁矿的零电点(PZC)经测定为PH5.8,石英的零电点为PH2.2。烷基磺酸钠对假象赤铁矿的吸附存在着三个高峰:一个峰在PH3左右,主要是物理吸附并伴随着药剂离子的疏水性缔合。另一个峰在赤铁矿的零电点附近,是一个化学吸附峰。第三个峰在PH12左右,这是由于赤铁矿表面阳离子水解,在溶液中生成氢氧化铁Fe(OH)_3悬浮物,显著增大了吸附面积所造成的假象吸附。这三个吸附峰的存在,对假象赤铁矿是有普遍的意义。在没有阳离子的活化作用时,烷基磺酸钠对石英的扑收作用甚微。在浮选赤铁石英岩矿石时,要注意铁离子所起的特殊作用:一方面,烷基磺酸钠的阴离子吸附于赤铁矿表面时,铁离子的存在是一个重要条件;一方面,在一定的PH值范围内,铁离子又有活化石英的作用。据此,以磺酸盐为扑收剂浮选假象赤铁矿时,存在着两个可供选择的浮选区:一个在假象赤铁矿的零电点附近,一个在PH3左右。
Positive flotation small-scale and semi-industrial tests of the Jidongying hematite quartzite ore have yielded good results. In order to further explore the ways to improve the index, this research project carried out research on the action mechanism of sodium alkyl sulfonate on the hematite and its relationship with mineral floatability. Jidong Division camp north of the shallow hematite, is based on the illusion, semi-fake like the main. The main gangue minerals are quartz. The pseudo-hematite zero point (PZC) was determined to be pH 5.8 and the quartz zero point to pH 2.2. There are three peaks in the adsorption of pseudo-hematite by sodium alkylsulfonate: one peak is around PH3, and is mainly physically adsorbed and accompanied by the hydrophobic association of drug ions. The other peak is near the zero point of hematite and is a chemical adsorption peak. The third peak is around pH12, which is due to the cationic hydrolysis of the surface of hematite and the formation of Fe (OH) _3 suspension in the solution, which significantly increases the artifact adsorption caused by the adsorption area. The presence of these three adsorption peaks is of universal significance for the illusion of hematite. In the absence of cation activation, sodium alkyl sulfonate has little effect on quartz collection. In the flotation of hematite quartzite ore, we should pay attention to the special role of iron ions: On the one hand, sodium alkyl sulfonate anion adsorbed on the hematite surface, the presence of iron ions is an important condition; on the one hand, In a certain range of pH, iron ions have the role of activated quartz. Accordingly, there are two alternative flotation zones when flotation of illusion hematite with sulphonate as a defluorinating agent: one near the zero point of the artifact hematite and one at about pH3.
