本文提出用回归分析方法来处理牵引电动机的检修与运用数据,从中找出隐藏在随机性后面的统计规律。用所得到的回归方程对牵引电动机的运行寿命进行预报和控制,从而实现预防修。並指出了开展这项工作的方法、步骤和制造牵引电动机运行寿命预测仪的可行方案。本文虽然是对内燃机车所用的牵引电动机进行讨论,但是所提出的方法对其它电机、电器设备使用、运用寿命的预测和控制也都具有参考价值。
In this paper, regression analysis method is used to deal with the maintenance and application data of traction motor, and the statistical law behind the randomness is found out. Using the regression equation obtained, the running life of the traction motor is predicted and controlled, so as to prevent and repair it. And pointed out the methods and steps to carry out this work and the feasible scheme to manufacture the predictive instrument of traction motor running life. Although this paper discusses the traction motors used in diesel locomotives, the proposed method has reference value for the prediction and control of the service life of other motors and electrical equipment.
