学生的学习动力不单依靠大脑皮层,而且是在感情和潜意识的共同参与下进行的,是显意识与潜意识交织的心理活动。学习的成效往往取决于显意识和潜意识的协调状态。笔者做过观察,高三学生面临两大压力,一是自己的奋斗目标与家长的期望以及周围环境的舆论与其实际水平的矛盾,另一是同学中的学习竞争。在这种紧张的氛围下,有一类同学化压力为动力,在整个高三始终保持旺盛的斗志和精力,
Students’ motivation for learning not only depends on the cerebral cortex, but also under the joint participation of emotions and subconsciousness. It is a mental activity in which explicit consciousness and subconsciousness are intertwined. The effectiveness of learning often depends on the coordinated state of explicit consciousness and subconsciousness. The author has observed that the senior high school students face two major pressures. One is their own struggle goals and parents’ expectations and the contradictions between the surrounding environment and their actual levels. The other is the learning competition among the students. Under such a tense atmosphere, there is a class of pressures to motivate and maintain a strong spirit and energy throughout the third year.
