近些年来,我国社会得到了快速发展,人们的生活水平也有了很大提高,这就导致了建筑师门在进行建筑工程设计的过程中,更加对立面造型上心,使得建筑工程项目的平面布置更加灵活,出现了很多大洞口和大开间,出现了不规则的建筑平面布局,这些情况都对建筑物自身抗震的能力进行了削弱,最终导致了建筑物的坍塌以及破坏,最近地震灾害频繁发生,很多建筑物都没能在地震中起到自身的作用,这也就从根本上说明了建筑工程设计中抗震设计的重要性,所以,在建筑工程的多层砖混结构房屋设计过程中,我们必须要具有针对性的加强对于建筑工程的结构抗震设计,实施有效地抗震构造措施。本文中,笔者就浅谈基于抗震设计的多层砖混结构房屋施工技术。
